Payment Terms…

The client will be charge for fifty percent (50%) of the total signed estimate and we expect this amount to be paid before work will start on the web site. Payments can be made by cheque, money order, direct bank deposit or credit card.

Termination Terms…

If client cancel his acceptance of the quotation then Designfo will demand the client for any work finished to date. The least termination fee will be fifteen percent (15%) of the signed quotation. The client must inform us by telephone and in writing of the request not to carry on with work.

Our Supply of Information…

Photos/images can be postcard to A4 size, slides 35mm up to postcard size. Digital document files are acceptable in the following formats: Microsoft Words, WordPad, Word, Excel, .txt. Others please inquire. Image Files are acceptable in the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .tif, .png. Others please inquire. Multimedia files are acceptable in the following formats: .wav, .mp3, .mpeg, .wma. Others please inquire.

Condition and Limitation of Responsibility…

Client be in agreement that Designfo is permitted to deny all responsibility for any failure or smash up beginning out of the access to the website, use of the services on the website and/or our services including:

• Any disturbance or delay of the website, Designfo services or part thereof;
• Some spoil to or failure of data bore by the Client;
• Any error, mistakenness, or computer virus set up into the Client’s computer system;
• All and any failure and smash up attributable to an incident or situation away from Designfo’s control, including but without restriction, acts of God, war, flood, fire explosion, civil disobedience, governmental action, legislation not in force at the time of these Terms and Conditions of Use, chains compulsory by governments or any other authoritarian authorities, labor problem, operate problem of parties.
